Typical client onboarding process

    Connect

    We’ll connect with you via e-mail or a brief phone call (whichever you prefer) to learn more about your business and any current issues you are experiencing.

    Schedule

    We’ll schedule a free initial in-person meeting to discuss your business processes and workflow, your goals and future plans along with any challenges or pain points. We’ll gather high-level information about your technology infrastructure including hardware, operating systems, and software.

    Proposal

    We’ll provide a written proposal outlining our services, recommendations and pricing.

    Assessment

    Upon your acceptance of our proposal, we’ll conduct a technology assessment to gather more detailed data about the current state of your IT hardware, software and services in use and their role in your business operations. 

    Monitoring

    If you’ve chosen a maintenance package, we will install our remote monitoring and anti-virus software.

    Learn About You

    We’ll get to know your business – we want to understand the products and services you offer, your culture and what makes you unique. Your information technology products and services play an important role in serving your customers effectively and efficiently.

    Urgent Fixes

    We’ll address any immediate concerns that we’ve discussed through the onboarding process and let you know if we identify any other urgent items to be resolved quickly.

    Budgeting

    We’ll help you plan your IT operating budget as well as future investments in technology.
